Minister Carol Browder

Administrative Dean

Carol is a passionate teacher of the Word of God whose calling is to equip believers for spiritual maturity, ministry effectiveness, and Christlike leadership. As Dean of Education for the Institute of Discipleship, she oversees curriculum development, instructor support, and student formation, ensuring that every course is biblically grounded, spiritually transformative, and academically excellent.

For the past three years, Carol has served faithfully as the Assistant Sunday School Superintendent, helping shape discipleship pathways, teaching strategies, and spiritual development for learners of all ages. Her love for Scripture began early in life and has grown into a lifelong commitment to studying, teaching, and living the Bible with depth and integrity.

Carol is a licensed minister and will graduate cum laude from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Bible, further strengthening her theological foundation and her ability to train emerging ministry leaders.

Her diverse professional background, which includes years of administrative, leadership, and service‑oriented roles, gives her a practical and relatable approach to ministry education. She is known for her clarity, structure, compassion, and ability to make biblical truths accessible and applicable to everyday life.

Carol’s deepest desire is to grow God’s Kingdom by raising up believers who know the will of God and faithfully do it. She is committed to following the example of Jesus, who went from town to town teaching everyone about the Kingdom. Her ministry vision is anchored in the Great Commission: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations… teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19–20).

Carol’s ministry is marked by humility, authenticity, and a deep desire to help believers grow into the fullness of their calling. Whether teaching, mentoring, or developing curriculum, she serves with excellence and a heart fully devoted to God.
